No, there is no chat room. Our ISP would not allow us to run the necessary software.

maledebop, can you describe what you mean by a forum? We're always listening for good ideas for the web site!

Unsure about Windows hosting, but most Linux hosting provides installers for open source forum solutions such as PunBB, phpBB (there's a whole slew of free ones available.)
