I have a black (natural hair colour) chin length bob with a bang fringe. I can't seem to get a hairdresser to cut my hair straight!! I have had so many different versions of the haircut - 1. Cut dry. 2. Wet cut. 3. An electric shaver all the way round.
My hair has a very slight wave so I always straighten it well before a cut. The last few times the cut has been uneven and not straight. My hair grows really thick at the back - so needs trimming regulary. I dread having a trim!!! Any advice on how to get the best cut? Thanks |

Hi, New here--I TOTALLY understand where you are coming from!!! I used to have a phobia about going to get my haircut...I finally found a GREAT hairdresser and she totally gets my needs. With a bob, it HAS TOTALLY HAS to be cut even. I can't tell you have many times I have had to re-cut and fix a haircut. Ones that I pay good money for. This new person I go to is so good, I haven't once even worried about fixing the cut. She takes the time to check length and recheck. I part my bob a bit to the side so when she is done doing the regular cut, she will part it the check it again to make sure it is even. I feel for you. What part of the country do you live in. The best advise I can give you is be very up front about what you want and let the hairdresser know what bothers you, etc. Good luck!! |
